As much as possible, I’m going to try to give you suggestions, instead of telling you what to do. I will certainly give you guidance, but I don’t want to micromanage. My gut tells me you’re going to be a lot like me, and there are few things I like less than being told what to do.
And along those lines, I’ve got a suggestion. Be grateful. Not because there are starving people in the world. (There are.) Not because you have a nice place to live. (You do.) Not because you have great parents. (Most days.) Be grateful because it’s good for you. Science has literally proven gratitude produces good brain chemicals like serotonin.
