The Problem:
I want to search my own memory, history, stuff, and experiences before I search the world at large, and I only want to search once.
The Business
Search Everything.
My computer first, then my tablet, then my phone, then my dropbox, then my evernote, then the web.
Doableness
Very doable. The only reason it doesn’t seem to be all encompassing now is that no one single provider will do it. Many are close, Google included. But no one seems to integrate everywhere you, then the world at large.
My Thoughts
We’re moving towards off-loading our own memories onto computers. Accessing this off-load via search will be critical. Multiple searches for the same thing will not work longer term.
