I need my dog walked, and I’m not sure who to trust. There are 27 different mom and pop outfits, but no national brand name. People always pay for safety and stability, whether real or perceived.
The Business
A nationally branded dog walking service.
Doableness
This might work best as a dog walking franchise. That would allow you to scale quickly. You need excellent branding that makes customers feel secure. You also need online scheduling.
My Thoughts
Anything that was mom and pop becomes big and systemized. (I did write “big and impersonal,” but it doesn’t have to be that way.)
